You never need to attach a child’s real artwork. If an image is necessary to explain an issue, remove or replace private content first.

  • An error screenshot without names, artwork, audio, or face video, if relevant

Support email is sent only when you choose to contact us. We use it to handle your request and meet legal obligations, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
